Job Title: Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery
Location: Vero Beach, FL
Schedule: Nights
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care to laboring patients and their families • Conduct immediate heart monitoring and assist with labor progression • Collaborate with obstetricians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients in labor and postpartum care • Educate patients and families on proper care and recovery techniques
Required Qualifications:
• 2 years of experience in labor and delivery or obstetrics • Current BLS and ACLS certifications • EFM experience preferred • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Experience in mother-baby or postpartum care • Nursery experience • Ability to transition smoothly between shifts and facilities
