Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments to develop personalized treatment plans • Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes • Educate patients and families on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and home safety strategies • Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers as needed
Required Qualifications:
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) accredited program • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Experience working with patients with orthopedic, neurological, or cardiovascular conditions • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and practice management systems • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
