Key Responsibilities: • Provide occupational therapy services to patients, including assessing their needs and developing treatment plans. • Assist occupational therapists with patient care, including transferring patients, assisting with exercises, and providing support during therapy sessions. • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Required Qualifications: • Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Studies from an accredited program. • Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) in the state of Massachusetts. • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working with pediatric or geriatric populations. • Knowledge of adaptive equipment and assistive technologies. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
