Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele
Location Cleveland, OH
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in a medical surgical/tele telemetry setting • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes • Utilize electronic medical records to document patient information and communicate with healthcare teams • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
Required Qualifications: • Minimum of 18 months recent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry • 18 months permanent experience in Med/Surg specialty prior to travel assignments • Ohio License or Compact State License • AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certification • Completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience with electronic medical records and quality improvement initiatives • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
