Therapist Physical Therapy Assistant

Job Title: Therapist - Physical Therapist Location Eugene, OR Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days

Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in a fast-paced outpatient setting • Conduct initial assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to achieve patient goals • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

Required Qualifications: • Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation

Preferred Experience / Skills: • Outpatient experience preferred • Experience working with orthopedic patient populations • Familiarity with electronic medical records and practice management systems
