Job Title: Tech - Surgical
Location Burlington, VT
Schedule / Job Type: Rotating
Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical support to surgeons and medical staff in the operating room • Ensure accurate and efficient surgical equipment setup and maintenance • Collaborate with the surgical team to optimize surgical procedures and outcomes • Maintain a clean and organized operating room environment • Follow established protocols and procedures for surgical technology
Required Qualifications: • AHA BLS and NBSTSA certification • Prior travel experience in surgical technology • 2 years of experience in surgical technology, with at least 1 year in a Level 1 trauma setting • Solid knowledge base in ortho, robotics, general surgery, ENT, plastics, and neuro
Preferred Experience / Skills: • CNOR certification • Experience with IVS (Intraoperative Visualization System) • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays • Strong communication and teamwork skills
