Registered Nurse Telemetry
Job Title: Registered Nurse - Telemetry
Location Boston, MA
Schedule / Job Type Rotating shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and holidays
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical-surgical unit • Manage ventilators and administer nebulizers under the supervision of a Respiratory Therapist (RT) • Perform unit-specific procedures, including 12-lead EKGs, lasix gtt, blood transfusions, and telemetry monitoring • Float to various medical-surgical units, specializing in neurology, cardiac, bariatric, general medicine, general surgery, gynecology, urology, hips and joints, oncology, transplant, liver, kidneys, and vascular
Required Qualifications: • Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts • 3+ years of related work experience • Prior travel nursing experience required • CPR-AHA and ACLS-AHA certification • Basic computer skills, including experience with web-based applications • Epic experience preferred • Level I trauma experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience in a teaching hospital and specialty area expertise preferred
