Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele
Location Cleveland, OH
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care as a Registered Nurse in the Medical Surgical/Tele unit • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes • Utilize electronic medical records and other technology to document patient information and track progress • Educate patients and families on proper care and management of medical conditions
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience • 18 months permanent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry specialty prior to travel assignments • Ohio License or Compact State License • AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certification • Completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Experience with electronic medical records and other technology • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
