Job Title: Registered Nurse - Mother Baby/Postpartum
Location Boston, MA
Schedule / Job Type Nights, 12H shifts, every other weekend rotation, holidays required
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care to mothers and newborns in the Mother Baby/Postpartum unit • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care • Administer medications, including magnesium drips, as needed • Monitor patient vital signs and respond to telemetry alerts • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to improve skills and knowledge
Required Qualifications:
• Current Massachusetts (MA) Registered Nurse license • 2 years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in Mother Baby/Postpartum care • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification • Flu vaccine required during onboarding
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Experience with magnesium drips and telemetry • Prior travel experience • Previous experience in a similar hospital setting or Mother Baby/Postpartum unit
