Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting • Conduct patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to achieve optimal outcomes • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve goals

Required Qualifications:

• Physical Therapy license in the state of AZ • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field • Current CPR certification

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility setting • Knowledge of geriatric care and rehabilitation principles • BLS certification
