Registered Nurse Infusion
Job Title: Registered Nurse - Infusion Location Lebanon, OR Schedule: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities: • Provide expert care to patients with various medical conditions, including cancer, autoimmune diseases, and infections, through ambulatory infusion services • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient • Administer infusions, including chemotherapy, and monitor patient response to treatment • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports
Required Qualifications: • Current unencumbered Oregon RN license • Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification • AHA ACLS Provider Card • IV Therapy experience • PICC and midline proficiency • Chemotherapy experience • Infusion (CRNI) and/or Oncology (OCN) national certification • Preference given to candidate with current ONS/ONCC provider card • Preference given to candidate with PIV and CVAD access experience
