Job Title: Respiratory Therapist
Location Carmel, IN
Schedule / Job Type Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, including invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation. • Conduct pulmonary function tests, including spirometry and arterial blood gas analysis. • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs and goals. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to coordinate patient care.
Required Qualifications:
• NBRC RRT certification • Current state licensure (in-state license required) • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Experience working in an ICU or critical care setting • Knowledge of ventilator management and weaning techniques • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
