Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele
Location: Columbia, SC
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical-surgical and telehealth setting • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans • Utilize Epic EMR system to document patient information and track progress • Participate in code blue and stroke overflow responses as needed
Required Qualifications: • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of South Carolina • At least one year of experience with Epic EMR system • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Previous experience in medical-surgical and telehealth settings • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
