Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care to residents in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians • Conduct vital signs, take medical histories, and assess patient conditions • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
Required Qualifications • Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) • Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) • Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary facility-specific certifications
Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities • Knowledge of medical records management and electronic health records (EHRs) • Bilingual or multilingual skills (not required but a plus)
