Key Responsibilities: • Assess and treat patients with various physical disabilities and injuries • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote recovery and mobility • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care • Conduct patient evaluations, create treatment plans, and monitor progress • Educate patients and families on proper exercise techniques and rehabilitation strategies
Required Qualifications: • Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois • Professional liability insurance • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working in inpatient or outpatient rehabilitation settings • Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and techniques • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Certification in specialized areas such as orthopedics or neurology
