Key Responsibilities: • Provide physical therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. • Assist patients with exercises, stretches, and activities to improve mobility and strength. • Conduct range of motion assessments and other evaluations to identify patient needs. • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals.

Required Qualifications: • Must have at least 1 year professional SNF experience. • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant Studies or related field. • Certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) required. • Current licensure as a PTA in the District of Columbia.

Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working in skilled nursing facilities or other healthcare settings. • Knowledge of rehabilitation software and electronic medical records systems. • Ability to lift and transfer patients safely and efficiently.
