Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings • Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and monitor progress • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care • Educate patients and families on exercises, stretches, and other interventions to promote recovery and wellness
Required Qualifications: • State License as a Physical Therapist • Current CPR certification • Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Previous experience in skilled nursing facilities (SNF) preferred • Covid-19 vaccination record with negative test results within 72 hours of hire and positive test results within 48 hours of hire
