Job Title: Physical Therapy Assistant
Location: Rich Square, NC
Schedule: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities: • Assist physical therapists with patient care and treatment plans • Conduct patient assessments, record data, and maintain accurate records • Develop and implement exercises and modalities to promote patient recovery and mobility • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Required Qualifications: • Physical therapy assistant certification or degree • Basic life support certification • Ability to lift patients and assist with transfers
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Previous experience working in skilled nursing facilities or outpatient settings • Knowledge of rehabilitation software and electronic medical records • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
