Therapist Occupational Therapy Assistant

Job Title: Therapist - Occupational Therapy Assistant Location Raleigh, NC Schedule / Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities: • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting, adapting treatment plans to meet individual needs and goals. • Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and implement interventions to promote patient independence and mobility. • Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.

Required Qualifications: • Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license or certification • Graduation from an accredited OTA program • 1-2 years of SNF experience (new graduates welcome to apply)

Preferred Experience / Skills: • Previous experience working in a skilled nursing facility • Familiarity with occupational therapy software and electronic medical records systems • Strong communication and teamwork skills
