Therapist Physical Therapy Assistant
Job Title: Therapist - Physical Therapy Assistant Location Worcester, MA Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities: • Assist physical therapists in evaluating, planning, and implementing treatment plans for patients • Conduct patient assessments, including range of motion, strength, and functional abilities • Assist with exercises, modalities, and other therapeutic interventions • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
Required Qualifications: • Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant studies or equivalent • Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in the state of MA • Valid CPR certification
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting • Familiarity with COVID-19 protocols and procedures • Ability to pass a background check and provide proof of vaccination (COVID-19)
