Therapist Physical Therapist
Job Title: Therapist - Physical Therapist Location: Worcester, MA Schedule / Job Type: Days
Key Responsibilities: • Assess and treat patients to improve mobility, strength, and function • Develop and implement individualized exercise programs to address patient needs • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care • Educate patients and families on proper use of equipment and techniques • Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team as needed
Required Qualifications: • Physical Therapist licensure in the state of MA (new graduates may be considered) • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field • Current CPR certification • Ability to lift and transfer patients as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Previous experience working in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) preferred • Familiarity with COVID-19 protocols and infection control procedures • Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) a plus
