Registered Nurse Emergency Room

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Emergency Room Location: Bemidji, MN Schedule: Nights Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the nursing process within Sanford Health and the continuum of care to assess, diagnose, establish a plan with outcome criteria, intervene, evaluate, and document human responses to actual or potential health problems. • Utilize dependent, interdependent, and independent functions to provide high-quality patient care. • Utilize equipment such as EPIC and Accudose, with training provided during orientation. Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year experience working in an ED with annual visits around 28,000 or higher. • Trauma level III or higher experience preferred. • BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), TNCC, and MN state license required. • PALS preferred. Required Skills:

• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience with electronic medical records and other healthcare technology. • Strong leadership and mentorship skills. • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
