Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and treat patients with physical limitations and disabilities to improve mobility, strength, and function • Develop and implement individualized exercise programs to address specific patient needs and goals • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure comprehensive treatment plans • Educate patients and families on proper techniques, exercises, and lifestyle modifications to promote independence and wellness
Required Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Nebraska • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Experience working with patients with complex orthopedic or neurological conditions • Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities, such as manual therapy and modalities • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment and prioritize multiple patients simultaneously
