Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele
Location Columbus, OH
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care to a diverse population of Medical Surgical and Tele patients • Utilize Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, EPIC, to document patient information and collaborate with healthcare team • Manage patients with varying levels of acuity, including those with tracheostomy tubes and those requiring telehealth services • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Required Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years RN experience required • EPIC experience required • BCLS certification • IV starts and tracheostomy management skills
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Previous travel experience • Oncology experience • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends • Ability to self-schedule and communicate preferred schedule requests
