Job Title: Physical Therapist
Location Hendersonville, NC
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities: • Assess and treat patients with various physical injuries or conditions to promote recovery and mobility • Develop and implement individualized exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, and range of motion • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure comprehensive treatment plans • Educate patients on proper techniques and exercises to maintain independence and prevent future injuries • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Required Qualifications: • Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of NC • Professional liability insurance • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working with patients with orthopedic or neurological conditions • Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and technologies • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple patients simultaneously
