Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Location: Angleton, TX

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days

Key Responsibilities: • Assess and treat patients to improve daily functioning and independence • Develop and implement occupational therapy plans to address physical, cognitive, and emotional needs • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and achieve treatment goals • Provide education and training to patients and their families on adaptive techniques and strategies • Utilize various therapeutic techniques, such as occupational therapy modalities and activities, to promote recovery and growth

Required Qualifications: • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT, MS, or OTD) • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Texas • Valid certification in occupational therapy (OTR/L) from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) • Ability to lift, transfer, and position patients as needed • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working with pediatric or geriatric populations • Knowledge of adaptive equipment and technology • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English/Spanish)
