Job Title: Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery
Location Torrance, CA
Schedule Full-time, Nights
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care to laboring patients and their families • Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient • Utilize precepting skills to mentor and support new staff members • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Epic charting system
Required Qualifications: • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of California • ACLS, AWHONN Advanced, BCLS, FHM, and NRP certifications • 3+ years of experience in labor and delivery nursing
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Precepting experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
