Job Title Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Key Responsibilities • Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Progressive Care Unit (PCU), and Stepdown unit, utilizing strong nursing skills and time management. • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimize patient outcomes. • Perform various procedures, such as lumbar punctures and chest tube placements, and titrate cardiac drips as needed. • Participate in bedside shift reports, daily huddles, and other patient-centered activities to promote a positive patient experience.

Required Qualifications • Must have strong Acute Care nursing skills and time management. • Neuro Stepdown experience is preferred. • Advanced skills needed: Strong critical thinking skills. • Certifications: ACLS and BLS required.

Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience in IMC/PCU/Stepdown settings. • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
