Registered Nurse Home Health

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Home Health Location Spokane Valley, WA Schedule / Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in a home health setting, ensuring optimal health outcomes and well-being • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with regulatory guidelines • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care • Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques, disease management, and health promotion strategies

Required Qualifications: • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Washington or compact licensure • At least 1 year of recent skilled home health experience within the last 3 years • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic medical records

Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience with HomeCare HomeBase or Oasis electronic medical records systems • Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and guidelines • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations and healthcare teams
