Job Title: Registered Nurse - ICU

Location: Nashville, TN

Schedule / Job Type: Nights

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU environment • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license • ACLS certification • BLS certification • ICU experience

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) • Familiarity with ICU equipment, such as ventilators and EVDs • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
