Registered Nurse CVICU
Job Title: Registered Nurse - CVICU Location: Nashville, TN Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care to immediate post-operative cardiac surgery patients, including ECMO, Centrimags, and HM3 LVADS. • Perform central line insertion, swan insertion, intubations, and other procedures as needed. • Collaborate with intensivists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. • Utilize advanced skills in hemodynamic monitoring, PA catheter placement, and IABP, Impella, and CRRT management. • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Meditech documentation system.
Required Qualifications: • Strong critical care experience, including CVICU experience • Advanced skills in hemodynamic monitoring, PA catheter placement, and IABP, Impella, and CRRT management • ACLS certification required • BLS certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience with IABP, Impella, and CRRT management • Experience with ECMO, Centrimags, and HM3 LVADS • Strong teamwork and communication skills
