Emergency Room Registered Nurse
Job Title: Registered Nurse - Emergency Room Location Nashville, TN Schedule / Job Type Nights
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department environment • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans • Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions
Required Qualifications: • Current RN licensure in the state of Tennessee • BLS certification • 2+ years of experience in emergency nursing • Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Previous experience in a level I or II trauma center • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) • Certification in a specialty such as CNL or CEN
