Key Responsibilities • Performs assigned analysis and reports results according to procedures and regulations of the department. • Maintains quality control. • Maintains equipment as per instructions and schedule. • Correlates laboratory results with clinical findings through chart review and consultation with nursing and medical staff. • Performs receptionist/phlebotomist tasks.
Required Qualifications • Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) certification • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience in a clinical laboratory setting • Knowledge of laboratory information systems (LIS) • Excellent communication and customer service skills
