Job Title: Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist

Location: Napa, CA

Schedule: Full-time, Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to patients in an inpatient and outpatient setting • Assess and develop treatment plans for patients with various communication disorders • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and interventions to promote communication and swallowing skills • Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare teams through Epic charting system

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited program • Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) with current licensure in the state of California • 2 years of experience in inpatient and outpatient settings, with a focus on acute care hospitals • Strong assessment, treatment, and documentation skills

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in acute care hospitals, preferably with a focus on rehabilitation and medical-surgical patients • Familiarity with the Epic electronic health record system • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and priorities
