Registered Nurse IR/Special Procedures
Job Title: Registered Nurse - IR/Special Procedures Location: Carbondale, IL Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate an individual plan of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team • Provide explanations and instructions to patient/responsible person • Demonstrate ability to use nursing clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition • Contribute to a healthy workplace environment by managing conflict using professional communication skills • Meet Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care • Participate in continuing education • Maintain complete and accurate medical records
Required Qualifications:
• Current Illinois Registered Nurse license • Current CPR/BLS Card • ACLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Proficiency in moderate sedation • Experience in IR/Special Procedures
