• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Progressive Care Unit (PCU), and Stepdown setting • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans • Monitor and report changes in patient condition, including vital signs and lab results • Educate patients and families on treatment options, medications, and self-care techniques • Participate in code blue responses and other emergency situations as needed
