Therapist Physical Therapy Assistant

Job Title: Therapist - Physical Therapy Assistant Location: Columbia, TN Schedule / Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities: • Provide physical therapy assistant services to patients in a home health setting • Assist licensed physical therapists with treatment planning, implementation, and documentation • Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions as directed by the physical therapist • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports

Required Qualifications: • Completion of a physical therapist assistant program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) • Current licensure as a physical therapist assistant in the state of Tennessee • Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary clearances

Preferred Experience / Skills: • Previous experience working in home health settings • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and rehabilitation modalities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
