Therapist Physical Therapy Assistant

Job Title: Therapist - Physical Therapy Assistant Location Joplin, MO Schedule Full-time Key Responsibilities • Provide physical therapy assistant services to patients under the supervision of a licensed therapist • Assist with patient assessments, treatment planning, and implementation of therapy programs • Conduct exercises and modalities as prescribed by the therapist • Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with the treatment team

Required Qualifications • Associate's degree in physical therapy assistant studies or equivalent • Certification as a physical therapy assistant (CPTA) or eligible for certification • Current state licensure as a physical therapy assistant

Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience working in a rehabilitation setting • Knowledge of orthopedic and neurological conditions • Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
