Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Location: San Antonio, TX

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care to a diverse population of adult patients with various medical and surgical conditions. • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to meet individualized needs. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes. • Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-management skills. • Utilize electronic medical records to document patient information and communicate with healthcare teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Texas • BLS certification • NIH certificate of completion/Neuro assessments • ACLS and EKG interpretation certification (preferred)

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience in medical-surgical nursing • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
