LVN / LPN LTC/SNF
Job Title: LVN / LPN - LTC/SNF
Location: Jersey Shore, PA
Schedule / Job Type: Nights, Biweekly rotating schedule, every other weekend
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to meet individual needs • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
Required Qualifications: • Current licensure as an LVN/LPN in the state of Pennsylvania • Valid certification in basic life support (BLS) and other certifications as required by facility • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility • Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to document accurately • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
