LVN / LPN LTC/SNF
Job Title: LVN / LPN - LTC/SNF
Location: New Bern, NC
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, 8 weeks (with possibility of extension)
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal health outcomes • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide individualized care • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve desired outcomes
Required Qualifications: • 1 or more years of previous Geriatric LPN experience • Active NC LPN license or compact • BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities • Knowledge of geriatric care principles and practices • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
