Key Responsibilities: • Deliver occupational therapy services to clients in a home health setting • Develop personalized care plans tailored to individual needs • Help clients regain function, mobility, and independence • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
Required Qualifications: • Licensed Occupational Therapist in Colorado • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working in home health or similar settings • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Passion for helping others reach their highest level of independence
