Registered Nurse Medical Surgical/Tele
Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele Location: Cleveland, OH Schedule / Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical/tele setting • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care • Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions • Utilize electronic medical records to document patient information and communicate with healthcare team members
Required Qualifications: • Current Ohio licensure or Compact State licensure • 18 months of permanent experience in medical-surgical/tele specialty • 18 months of recent medical-surgical/tele experience (travel experience may be considered) • AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certification • ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate certification (completed during orientation)
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience with electronic medical records and telehealth platforms • Knowledge of medical-surgical/tele protocols and procedures • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
