Job Title: Therapist - Physical Therapist

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services as an outpatient physical therapist • Conduct thorough evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to promote patient mobility, strength, and function • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes
Required Qualifications: • SC or Multi-State Compact Physical Therapist License at the start of contract • BLS certification • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy principles and practices
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working in a hospital-based outpatient rehab unit • Familiarity with Epic charting system • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
