Job Title: Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist Location: Goleta, CA Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities: • Provide speech and language therapy services to patients of various ages and abilities • Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and progress monitoring • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Required Qualifications: • Current California Speech Language Pathology License • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of speech and language disorders • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working with children and adults with diverse speech and language needs • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and treatment protocols • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
