Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele
Location: Euclid, OH
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Night Shift
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical/tele setting • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal results • Utilize electronic medical records to document patient information and communicate with healthcare professionals • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry advancements
Required Qualifications: • Current Ohio License • 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience • 18 months permanent MS/Tele experience prior to travel • AHA BLS & ACLS certification • Recent Epic charting experience (within the last 6 months) • ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate training completed during orientation (with acceptable scores required)
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience with electronic medical records and telehealth platforms • Familiarity with Med-Surg/Tele workflows and protocols • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
