Job Title Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type Nights, Full-time
Key Responsibilities • Provide high-quality patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Progressive Care Unit (PCU), and Stepdown setting • Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including medical history, vital signs, and laboratory results • Develop and implement individualized care plans to address patient needs and goals • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals • Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions
Required Qualifications • Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina • Telemetry competency • Progressive Care experience • BLS and ACLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills • Recent experience in IMC/PCU/Stepdown setting • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
