Schedule / Job Type Nights
Key Responsibilities • Provide high-quality patient care to residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting • Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams • Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide wound care as needed • Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions
Required Qualifications • Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of NM • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Ability to lift, transfer, and position patients safely and effectively
Preferred Experience / Skills • Previous experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility • Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to document patient information accurately • Bilingual or multilingual skills (Spanish or other languages)
