Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical
Location: Salisbury, MD
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and evaluate a plan of patient care utilizing ANA Standards and the Nursing Process • Act as a patient advocate, providing support, information, and direct care • Utilize equipment and technology skillfully and demonstrate technical competence in nursing procedures • Educate patients and families on significant self-care issues
Required Qualifications: • Licensed and currently registered to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maryland or Delaware or other compact state • Current AHA BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience in medical-surgical nursing or related field • Knowledge of medication inventory management and distribution • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
