Key Responsibilities • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency room setting • Assess and evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized care plans • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions • Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions • Stay up-to-date on latest medical knowledge and technologies to provide evidence-based care
Required Qualifications • 2 years’ experience as a nurse with at least 1-year experience in ER setting • Teamwork mentality, ability to coach and give feedback in real time • Flexibility to work in all areas of the ED • ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS certifications required • Ability to work in a high-acuity environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Experience / Skills • Previous HCA experience preferred • Experience in Level 2 trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, high-volume ED (> 100,000 visits) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
